There was no question that mussel shells would be the motif for this gorgeous, water-front, Maine wedding. The bride, a jewelry designer, wore a custom necklace with a mussel shell clasp. The ring bearers carried the rings in mussel shells. And of course the stationery set the tone with a pair of mussel shells adorning many of the pieces. A combination of engraving, letterpress and offset printing methods were used to create the casual but classic invitation suite. Nautical themed vintage stamps adorned the envelopes and an old fashioned wax seal was the finishing touch.
